Collaborative Online Conferencing: GoToMeeting® web conferencing software, by Citrix®, makes it simple and cost-effective to collaborate online with colleagues. Meeting participants can share their screens and webcams, so as to enjoy more personal interactions - without needing a complicated setup.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

GoToMeeting is a service intended for SETA Officers and SETA Committee members. To request this service, contact a member of the SETA IT Committee or email GTM@aa-seta.org. When setting up a meeting, the meeting organizer and meeting attendees should be mindful of personal anonymity, therefore, avoid locations, e.g., coffee shops or restaurants, where uninvited visitors may intentionally or unintentionally participate in audio listening / video viewing.

If your target meeting location does not support an internet broadband connection and you cannot locate a suitable alternate site, there is a mobile broadband Hot Spot available; contact SETA IT Chair for details. You are encouraged to review the TRAINING MATERIALS provided.
